At Lumira Diamonds, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your lab grown diamond jewellery, you may exchange the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice, certificates, and packaging. Customised, engraved, or specially ordered jewellery cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The value of your exchanged item will be credited towards your new purchase after deducting any applicable making charges and taxes. Lumira Diamonds reserves the right to inspect the item before approving an exchange.
