What’s covered

Policy applies to available (ready) jewellery only. Customised jewellery products are not eligible.
Return period: 14 days from delivery date.
Refund method: online bank transfer to your original payment account.
Refund release: after quality inspection of the returned item.
Courier charge: ₹750 borne by the customer for sending the jewel back.
Discount adjustment: Refund will be adjusted for any discounts, coupons, or vouchers applied at purchase time.
Refund timeline: within 21 business days after inspection, via bank transfer to your payment account.

How do I return the product?

    Email Us: Send an email to info@lumiradiamonds.com within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.

    Call Us: Phone our customer service team at +91‑9426635906 to confirm your return package is ready for reshipment with the required details.
  3. 3
    Pack & Dispatch: Place the product, invoice and certificates in original packaging. We’ll guide you on the pickup / courier process (₹750 return courier fee applies).

Inspection: Returned items undergo a standard quality assessment to verify condition and completeness (jewel, invoice, certificates, original packaging). Any missing/damaged components may impact eligibility or refund value.

Exclusions: Customised, engraved, or made‑to‑order jewellery is not eligible under this policy, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
